  • 3 sets of 20 mountain climbers
  • 1 minute plank hold, and :30 second holds on each side
  • 50 crunches and 50 side-to-side crunches
  • Stretching

Yesterday Tina at Carrots ‘N’ Cake has started a 4-Week Plank Challenge

Lunch I enjoyed an egg, turkey and berry jam breakfast sandwich.
