Last night I went completely crazy and ate like a man woman. It was as if I hadn’t eaten in months. Needless to say, I woke up frumpy and plumpy, not a good mix, and definitely NOT worth my Sunday night pig out.
Since I’m dog sitting, I made sure to get up 10 minutes earlier so I’d have the extra time to take care of G-man. I ran 3.2 miles and was able to sneak in a little stretching and a few core exercises before I showered and took care of the pup.
- 3.2 mile run
- 2 sets of 15 stair push-ups (4th stair down)
- 1 set of 50 crunches & 1 set of 50 side crunches
- 25 reverse crunches
- 30 second push up plank
- 30 second foreman plank
- 20 mountain climbers
- 20 forward kicks
