Last night I arrived home to a counter full of strawberries, raspberries and blueberries, and I instantly knew they were going into today’s bowl of yogurt. Since I didn’t have time to run to the grocery store to get plain Greek yogurt (only 2 Weight Watcher plus points), I planned on using Light ‘n Fit Raspberry yogurt I had in the fridge at work.
This was one of the best homemade parfaits I’ve made recently. I’m not a big fan of flavored yogurts, except for Greek yogurt, but I wanted to add in a little granola and sunflower seeds so I had to use a low WW point yogurt.
And here’s my 4 point beauty!
