After feeling decent, I ventured over to my “other” gym, Planet Fitness, where I truly feel comfortable and my true self. I didn’t think I could handle my typical lunch time workout, so instead I went tanning for a short ten minutes (I know, I know, it’s so bad), but I needed to lay down and knew it would make me feel better, which it did. After that, I completed a quick 1.2 mile run and did 3 sets of 13 on the Lat Pull Down machine. Booked it back to work and then gobbled down this amazing turkey, lettuce and mustard wrap. I would have loved to put my roasted Brussel Sprouts in it, but really didn’t want to have stanky Brussel farts at work. 😉
Look at that doughy corner… YUM!
If I continue to feel as good as I do, I’m going to hit up the ab class at 5:30. Since I park in the gym parking lot for work (we share the lot even though I work across the street), I’ll be there around 5:05, so that should give me time to hopefully snag a rowing machine (there’s only 2, whaaaaat?!), and maybe a brief half mile run to get my heart rate up before class. We’ll see how I’m feeling after that and maybe, just maybe I’ll try the Boxing Boot Camp, although if I’m feeling dizzy again, that will definitely make me blow chunks! Talk about a good first impression.
